Recipe: Raw Pasta

Zucchini
Yellow Squash
Tomatoes
Avocado (or tahini)
Herbs & Spices to taste
Black Sesame Seeds

Equipment: Sprilizer, or anything that cuts long thin strips

Sprilize the veggies into long thin (or thick) strips
Dice Tomatoes
Blend an avocado or tahini w/ herbs and spices
Prepare placing veggies in a plate, pour over the avocado or tahini, add diced tomatoes & sprinkle on black sesame seeds

There are lots of ways of making this, just like there are lots of ways of making pasta - the replace the pasta with the strips of veggies. So have fun, be creative & enjoy
