Recipe: Banana Smoothie

6 Bananas
1/2 to 1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Tablespoon Hemp or Flax Seeds
1 to 2 Dates

Blends all ingr. in a blender & In-Joy!

I drink this most every morning. It fills me up, and sometimes I'll have it for lunch too.

Can replace Coconut milk with or add rice/soy/oat/almond milk.
