On the way home from work chris and i got into another wonderful discussion. And we came up with the eco-scale. Which would tell someone just how eco/sustainable the products they are buying, have, use, etc... are. And we got to talking about this...
I know chris and I are a bit extreme, and getting into this business we are getting even more extreme, but some of the things I found are really not all that "green".
Extreme Makeover - the tea bag - These teas aren't even organic to start with, they are individually packaged, not reusable, not even sure if they are recycleable. The website doesn't give any clues as to ust how eco-friendly they might be. Yes they are very cute, but surely not green. If anyone has any info on tea forte please do tell.
About the eco-scale, that's an idea that will flourish! I know it! I think it will help lots of people be way more informed if they understand the true impact start to finish of products. Oh I can see it now.
