Don't shop at Nutrition World in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Every experience I have ever had at at Nutrition World in Palm Beach Gardens, FL has been unpleasant.
-I was over-charged for a clearance item, I noticed it at the register before paying, so they fixed the issue.
-I purchased the following food items and had to return them all because of being stale, that that is within a few days of purchasing them: Cereal & Powdered Soy Milk
-When returning the stale items 3 days after purchasing and after dealing with a not so nice manager, Frank Waller, he reluctantly gave me a refund on the unopened item and store credit for the opened item.
-While the cashier was processing my refund I had to go through a long process of having him put my name and information in the system, he kept misspelling lots of words that I was spelling out for him. He also looked very confused. As I was waiting I noticed that the laundry soap I bought on clearance was overpriced on the receipt by almost $4 over the marked price, I said something to the cashier, who ignored me, and decided to wait and come back with the soap to get a refund.
-Today, about 3 weeks later, hey I'm a busy mom to a 2 year old! I brought the soap back. The receipt says it has a 30 day return policy, so I knew I still had time. First the cashier looked at it and gave me a blank stare. Then a lady took it and she said ok, we will refund you. Then a man come over, his name is Bruce Cohen, who looked at my receipt and said no, that I purchased the item a month ago, and he wouldn't do it. He said, If I came back within a week then maybe he would have done it. Then said, how does he know that I didn't already get my money back. I was very insulted and upset. Which was not how I expected to respond, but that is just what happened. I asked him to look up my information and see that there is no record of a refund on this item, nor was anything written on the receipt (such as in the other items I returned). He said no and told me that I would have to come back when Frank was back next week. I kept asking him questions and he said he would call the police. WHOA! I told him that I was going to report him and tell everyone I know what has happened, and he said go ahead. So I picked up the soap and my receipt and my son & walked out.

-Also the pricing is significantly higher that Whole Foods and the other local small health food stores.

When I got home I posted it on facebook & come to find out I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with this business. I will go back next week and talk with Frank Waller the General Manager. Then I will file a complaint with the BBB.

Here is the link on the BBB for this business, they have a C- rating: http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/Business-Report/Nutrition-World-92013493

I honestly felt compassion for this man Bruce and for this business. It is obvious that I am not the first one to have issues, I'm sure this place gets lots of complaints. And hardly have any customers, gee I wonder why, so the food sits on the shelf for a long time. Having whole foods a block away & Nutrition S'Mart a few miles away they have some serious competition, one would think this would cause them to be at least nicer.

I'm reading reviews online for them, all bad.

Don't waste your time or money here.

they are located in the marshall's shopping center on PGA Blvd at the corner of prosperity farms road.
