Use a regular pizza dough & tomatoe sauce recipe - those are easy to make vegan. The topping is sometimes tricky, we found a great one that will have you wanting more!
Recipe
1 pizza dough: flour, water, yeast
tomatoe sauce: crushed or diced tomatoes, tomatoe paste, rosemary, oregano, thyme, parsely flakes.
topping: vegan cream chesse, shredded carrots, shredded zucchini, shredded yellow squash
Prepare pizza dough as you normally would (I usually just buy a pre-made dough at the local italian bakery)
Prepare sauce by mixing all the ingrediants together, spice, salt & pepper to taste
Prepare topping by shredding the vegetables, mix with cream chesse.
Roll out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza pan, pour on sauce, spread on topping & bake.
I typically add nutritional yeast after it is done, it adds a more cheesy taste.
