Recipe: Vegan Pannini's

Pannini Bread - Sliced Italian bread works well, or a hoggie roll
Avocado
Zucchini
Yellow Squash
Tomatoes
Salt/Pepper
Italian Seasoning
optional: oil, lettuce, cucumber

Equipment: Pannini Grill

Slice Zucchini & Yellow Squash, grill & put aside
Slice open avocado & mash. Spread the avocado onto the bread
If the veggies are cold add them on the sandwich prior to cooking, otherwise add them after.
Opt: oil the top & bottom of the bread & sprinkle on seasonings
Grill on pannini press.
Open and add tomatoe & any other ingredients.
