Our visit to Hippocrates Health Insititute
Our friend JC has been working at Hippocrates in west palm beach for a few weeks. The other day we decided to visit her, and wow, i had no idea how beautiful this place is! The practices are not natural hygiene (what we pretty much follow), they follow the teachings of Ann Wigmore.
We are headed back today for her last day before the move/road trip (i'll blog about that in a min) and to enjoy this oasis. It's 32 acres and view at what florida used to look like before the developers took over.

I'm curious to learn more about natural hygiene. I have read some information on it in the past. I think you provided a few links in reference to this so I'll check them out.
Hippocrates does not follow natural hygiene. But for the way our SAD society lives this is a huge step in that direction.
