Bobby Rock is vegan!
I'm always weary when i hear of famous vegetarians, these days anyone can call themselves a vegetarian. I hear it all the time, i'm a vegetarian but i eat... I will always search out information on veggie people, and when I come across someone who cares enough about veganism to put it on their website I not only take notice but I spread the word. - this is a great website, with wonderful information in veganism.

Wow, this is inspiring! Take me to the gym! This is what I like to see, vegan body building yeah!
So for all those concerned about where we get our protein from and for those concerned about muscle and strength - SEE! This is what i'm talking about!
It's completely possible to grow muscle without consuming animal protein! Being vegan will give you energy, strength, and all the vitamins & minerals, amino acids (which is what protein is anyway), carbs, fats, and sugars that we need.
Think about it - The strongest animals in the world are vegetarian! Elephant, Rhino, Horse, Gorilla, Buffalo, Ox, Hippo, etc...
Carnivores are smaller and expend all their energy very quickly. For example: lions, tigres cheeta's - they are extremely fast, but they cannot maintain that energy for extended periods.
When they catch their prey they are finished. They eat and then sleep for the next day or so.
Thanks Lori for posting this.
And thanks Bobby Rock! Its great to see people like you out there!
Fantastic! great to see this. Bobby is the REAL DEAL. I met him backstage a few years ago when he played a show in Milwaukee. He was drinking some kind of green drink and had all of these veins popping out of his arms....it was awesome! His drum solo was one of the most insane things I've ever seen, as well. He's like a machine! I was still doing dairy when I met him, but I've been vegan every since. I know he's going to continue to influence a bunch of folks.
Thanks for posting this!
Thanks Simon for checking out our blog. Yes Bobby sure does rock! Maybe one day we will be blessed to see him live, sounds like a great experience.
I love that he uses his celebrity for influence a positive change! GO VEGAN!
Cool site. Just found this about Bobby on Google. I also met Bobby on the road a few years back. He was doing a concert here in Charleston WV and was grabbing a workout in the afternoon at my local gym. Some of the guys there used to give me a hardtime for being a veg-head, until we all watched Bobby squat 405 pound for multiple reps! They never bothered me again!!!
One day, people will get it.
Keep on doing what your doing!
